Order and Fitment Confirmation

Before ordering, send us the OEM number, vehicle model, model year, or clear photos if you need fitment confirmation. Some products are specially sourced or require additional preparation. Available stock and estimated dispatch timing can be confirmed before payment by contacting 292001166@qq.com.

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is based on the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight. Air-express volumetric weight is normally calculated as:

Length × width × height (cm) ÷ 5,000 = chargeable kilograms

CR Express and some sea-freight services may use:

Length × width × height (cm) ÷ 6,000 = chargeable kilograms

The carrier's final measurement determines the chargeable weight. Contact us before ordering multiple, oversized, or heavy parts so we can compare available shipping methods.

Shipping Methods

Depending on destination, item type, and shipment size, we may offer air express, CR Express, or sea freight. CR Express normally has a minimum chargeable weight of 15 kg. Sea freight may have a substantially higher minimum chargeable weight. Availability and minimums are confirmed in the quotation.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated transit time is provided with the shipping quotation. Transit and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspections, weather, carrier disruption, remote-area delivery, public holidays, or incomplete recipient information can cause delays.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs

Taxes or customs charges are included only when the quotation specifically states that the service is tax-inclusive or duty-paid. Otherwise, the customer or importer is responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance, brokerage, storage, local port charges, and final delivery charges.

FOB or LCL sea-freight quotations may be port-to-port rather than door-to-door. Confirm the service terms before payment.

Tracking and Delivery Problems

Tracking is provided when supported by the selected carrier. Customers are responsible for supplying a complete delivery address, contact name, phone number, and any tax or importer information required by the destination.

If tracking shows an exception, the package appears damaged, or an item is missing, contact us promptly at 292001166@qq.com and retain the packaging, shipping label, and photos for the carrier claim.
