Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Contact us at 292001166@qq.com before sending anything back.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, in the condition received, and returned with its original packaging and proof of purchase. After approval, we will provide the correct return address and return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Fitment and Customer-Ordered Parts

Vehicle specifications can vary by model year and market. Customers are responsible for providing accurate OEM numbers, vehicle details, or reference photos when requesting fitment confirmation. Parts that have been installed, modified, damaged after delivery, or specially sourced or customized for a customer cannot normally be returned unless they arrived defective or incorrect.

Return Shipping

For a change-of-mind return or an incorrectly ordered part, the customer is responsible for return shipping, duties, taxes, and related charges. If SUONAMA supplied the wrong item, or the item arrived defective or damaged, contact us promptly with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. After verification, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return-shipping solution.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect the package when it arrives. Contact us as soon as possible if an item is damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered. Keep all packaging until the claim has been resolved.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns of installed or used parts, customized or specially sourced items, hazardous materials, gift cards, or items damaged through incorrect installation or use. Sale items remain eligible only where required by applicable law or where they arrived defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain a different item is to request a return and, after approval, place a separate order for the replacement.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If an order is delivered to the European Union and the statutory right of withdrawal applies, you may cancel or return the order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. The item must be unused, uninstalled, and returned with its original packaging and proof of purchase. Statutory exceptions, including certain customized goods, may apply.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time. Original shipping, import duties, taxes, and return costs are not refundable unless the item was defective, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, or applicable law requires otherwise.
